Mr. Nick Adams was my service person. At all times he was extremely professional and determined to solve my issue. He was willing to try various methods and committed to exterminate the problem. In addition, he always was smiling with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Mr. Adams for an award. Mrs. A. Chiera

I have been in the Army now for 20 years serving our country. I have also been in Healthcare for greater than 25 years. I am a subject matter expert on customer service. What most people leave out of the interaction is communication. I would like to tell you of two of your staff that are outstanding: Nick who called me each day he went to my house. We was personable and assuring. I knew I could count on him. Teri who was my initial contact and came over and went above and beyond. These two should be commended

My experience was very good. Dave from Critter Control was on time and very efficient. He explained everything to me and returned for the followup on time. The bees are gone and I'm very happy.

Nick has been incredibly helpful, professional and diligent in helping us solve the critter problem. He is respectful, prompt and courteous. We would recommend his services and critter control highly!

All I can say is that dealing with Rats and Roaches has been a consistent battle inside my home and I have finally WON thanks to Critter Control. If you are looking for honesty and integrity in a pest control company then Jason is your man. If you are looking for eye candy during the process ....well Andy is your man.
