Would highly rate the team that provided preventative measures on my home. Honest and reliable. They thoroughly looked for all areas of potential animal entry. Contract by the company was vague in terms of defining foundation vents. Did not like the blanket charge of $99 even though I did not have any openings at my foundation. The company did refund a $120 charge for garage door vents that could not be covered.

the crew spent over 7 1/2 hours working on my neighbor's and my roof closing off entrances. All looks good so far. I will give them an A+ for their attempt in doing a good job. Only time will tell if the little Ba#$%^ s don't get in any more. thank you guys

My first time having a Raccoon problem and I couldn't have asked for more out of Critter Control and Technician Nick Adams. Nick was punctual, professional, and informative each step of the way. He made sure that I understood the techniques he was using and educated me on the critters that were destroying my yard. Nick is a star, retain this man and promote this man. He is exceptional.

Megan came out the same day and gave me a precise and extensive explanation of what was going on in my house. I had Rats and mice and she pinpointed every area of entry and every thing they damaged. She didn't miss anything. She was there at the time she specified, inspected all areas of the house inside and out. When she opened the attic there was a huge 12" Rat dead at the edge of the opening and she maintained her composure as where I ran out of the house. She discarded it for me and even killed a mouse on the way onto the property. She gave me a more than fair estimate and Edgar came out today with his crew and made all necessary repairs and disinfected and fumigated and re-installed the insulation that the rats had eaten and defecated on and destroyed. They were neat, clean and left no signs they were even there when all work was done. They also showed up at the specified time. I Love Critter Control!!!!!!

Every phase of operation, estimating with Teri, workers coming to retrieve the critters, work done around the house was professional, timely & worthy of a five star review.
