I first contacted Critter Control on July 1st, job was completed in only1 day the following Monday! Great service and staff. The crew supervisor kept me updated through the whole process, thanks Steve. Highly recommend this company for all your pests that try to make your home their new nesting place!

Loren responded promptly to assess my critter issue, and a technician was out shortly after to remove the creatures. Steve was respectful of my property, polite and timely, and quickly located and removed all the animals from my home. A few days later I opted to have the house sealed up to prevent new "visitors". The crew chief, Emerson, was great; he explained everything clearly and showed me photos of the work after completion (since most of it was on the roof). All of these gentleman were very pleasant to deal with, kept me up-to-date on the schedule by phone, arrived when promised, and worked efficiently and carefully. I would highly recommend this company if you want to remove or prevent unwanted critters from joining your household.

After hearing the attic critter Fri evening, called Sat morning. Very friendly person answering the phone told me I would get a call Monday to schedule a free inspection. Monday morning got the call, Monday afternoon had the inspection. All options explained clearly and completely. Signed and payed contract. Initial rodent traps set. I was told I would receive a call to schedule an animal exclusion. Promptly received Mon evening and the team was here Tues morning. Exclusion was completed and everything reviewed. My next call will be to schedule trap checks. I anticipate that will be done as efficiently and quickly as all other services. Hopefully I don't need that exclusion guarantee but if needed, I have no doubt Critter Control will respond promptly.

My dad had a problem with rodent infestation. His former pest control service was ineffective. I called Critter Control, a tech was sent to evaluate the problem and he showed me photos of evidence of rat infestation and multiple entry points in the attic. I received a fair estimate and work began the following week. The team of 8 workers arrived promptly, they removed the soiled insulation and they installed foam insulation, they cleaned and disinfected the whole attic, they closed every entry point and set traps. Their clean-up was quick, quiet and spotless. They were prompt, friendly and they worked the whole time they were there (except during lunch). The job supervisor was hands-on and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, showed me photos of the problem before he started working and he showed me before and after photos when the job was completed. I was amazed at how clean the place was, after they finished. They closed all the openings, replaced the old soffits with new sturdy soffits and replaced old and missing screens over a few of the openings and vents. They sent someone out to check the traps every other day, for two weeks. First day he caught 5 rats, second day he caught two rats and none after that. The job came with a 5-year Warranty. For the next 5 years they will come out to the house to address any future rodent problem, without charge. It is clear to me that Critter Control is a company who's first priority is customer service. I would happily recommend them to anyone who is dealing with rodent issues in their home.
