Critter GearReviews of critter-gear.com

Lovely website, great range of products, competitive pricing... BUT it's a SCAM! Order placed, seller non-communicative, item not received = PayPal refund and two weeks of wasted time! Companies House states company has ceased trading. If I lived a little closer, I'd have paid the low-life a visit in person to obtain a refund.

Order#6021when I didn't receive a tracking number I message them via the website but no answer. I waited another day phoned the number on the website it rang then went to voicemail I then emailed them up to writing this review no reply back from them but luckily I used PayPal I just contacted them and awaiting a refund. Avoid this company I don't think it is a real company.

Sends the wrong product which appears to have been used and then does not respond to emails to rectify. Scam site as others have said, the 5 star reviews on here are fake.

Tyveri fupper godtroende kunder. De hæver penge for varer men sender dem ikke.svarer ikke på mails eller telefon BEMÆRK dem der står bag profilerne uprofessionel personer.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. My order was late. The goods were obviously previous returns that had been opened and well used. In response to my complaint (with photos) I was told that they would not accept the return of one part of the order. They said they would give a refund the other part. It has been 4 weeks now and no refund has been received. Beware!

It's pretty much a scam, nice looking website to make it look trustworthy. No social media presence (and all the icon links on the site just link back to the same page), so there is no recourse if the guy (and it's just one guy not a company) sends you the wrong product and just flat out ignores calls and emails asking for the right product to be sent or a refund. If you check companies house the company disolved in 2022, the company phone is a mobile, the email is a gmail. I didn't think anyone would bother scamming over cockroach poison but I was wrong!
