*****BEWARE - SCAM COMPANY ***** Do not purchase anything via this company’s website!!! They will take your money, but you will never get what you ordered. Their contact details are also a scam. The phone number doesn’t get answered and their ‘Message Us’ function just says’Errot - try again later’. Don’t get scammed by these thieves!!!!!

Placed an order last month. Usually I use PayPal but it wouldn’t let me and I ended up using a credit card. Didn’t get an email after placing the order but didn’t worry. Still waiting for my order, tried to send them a message but it says there was a error I realized after that and looked at reviews and understand that I probably won’t get the order or a refund through the credit card as it was under £100 On companies house the company was dissolved but they are still taking money how is this allowed ?

It I could give a zero score I would. This company is a 100% a scam - avoid! Critter-gear website needs removing. My online order was never confirmed so no order number. Never received product, email address given to contact doesn’t exist, ansaphone not responded too. Please trust pilot investigate.

This appears to be a Scam Company. I ordered and Paid for a product on 4th August 2024. I've tried to communicate with them, but none of the links work. This site needs to be taken down. Gov.uk says this company has dissolved but is clearly still taking fraudulent payments.

They do not communicate. Having paid in advance for an expensive product, the thin envelope with two spraybottles arrived here torn open and it was empty! At the second attempt they told that the article is delivered, but it never arrived here. Also the tracking number was leading nowhere. They never responded to my numerous inquiries. Money is gone. Only through paypal I got my money back. I'd rather give no star than one. And the enthusiastic reviews recently seem surely to be fake.

Took my order and money on 17 May 2024. I have chased by email twice, with no reply. Apparently the order was finished processing on 28 May 2024, but I have still not received it as of 16 June 2024. Absolutely no response to my emails. SCAM Eventually I received a package from this company but it was the wrong product. Emailed to arrange a replacement and have heard nothing. So...3 months later they have my money and I don't have what I paid for with no communication.
