In August of 2026 - I ordered a pair of 25/26 season ski boots from this website. The day after ordering, I was notified via phone that they had made a mistake and the size I wanted was no longer available. I asked if they would give me the same boot at the same price , but just the 26/27 model. They would not and so the order was cancelled and the money refunded. The good - they communicated to me well and I was not scammed. The bad - not offering me the newer boot a the same cost. I'd recommend calling this retailer before placing an order to see if they do actually have the product in stock.

Customer service with exchanging sizes was easy and efficient!

I placed an order for mountain bike shoes on August 9th via the website to be delivered to the Cripple Creek store in Silverthorne. As of August 14 I have still not received them. I have also not received any updates on my order other than an order confirmation since it was placed even though my credit card was charged. I stopped by the Silverthorne store and they are looking into what happened to my order. They were very kind and apologetic but it goes without saying I'm disappointed.

Ordered a BD shell with two day shipping a week before my trip ( a long night hike in the Whites). Everytime I checked the status on the Shop app there were no status updates. Two days before my trip I sent an email to follow up. I was informed that my shell wasnt even in stock. My card was refunded but this oversight with stock and lack of communication until I reached out really put me in a spot with preparing. Next time, if you make the mistake with your stock and some has ordered expedited shipping- please reach out right away. Also the Shop app sucks.

Had what I was looking for and was shipped same day

These guys are great. Reached out to them to find out if a battery would work for my ebike and they really took their time to make sure they knew the model I had. Got the new battery and now I'm off on the trails again. So stoked!
