It was a quality product. We did have to modify it a little bit because of how tall the rails are it made the opening of the bed want to kind of close in on itself so my husband had to attach a piece of plywood to that area to keep it straight so that it didn’t warp. But the communication was great. The wood is very good quality wood aside from having to add one piece of wood I honestly can’t complain about anything the bed should keep my son safe for many years.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I was honestly a bit nervous ordering something this big online. I got this bed for my son, and from the beginning the customer service was really good. They actually reply fast (which is rare these days), and they answered all my questions without making it feel like a copy-paste response. Shipping went smoothly too. They sent the tracking number pretty quickly, and I was able to follow everything until it got delivered. No issues at all, which I was worried about since the boxes are large and heavy. The bed comes disassembled, but it wasn’t hard to put together. Took me a bit of time, but overall pretty straightforward. My son was super excited when he saw it, and he’s been sleeping in it every night with no problems. Overall, really happy with the purchase. Everything worked out the way it should 👍

This wooden crib is absolutely beautiful. The house design adds a charming touch to the room. I can see this bed used as a play space as well as a place to sleep for years to come. It is made with care-smooth wood, safe materials and solid construction. Love it!
