Beautiful beds and the best customer service I have ever experienced. The bed was easy to put together. I thought I was missing a very important piece and I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and sent the piece. It arrived surprisingly quick from Turkey. You would think that it would take a long time to arrive, but it was super fast. But, guess what? The piece was stuck in the plastic wrapping inside the box THE WHOLE TIME. Definitely check the packaging thoroughly and don't make the same mistake as I did. Either way, customer service was super sweet and understanding. They made sure I had everything that I needed even if I technically had it all anyways.
