This is not a real product
This is not a real product. Literally do not buy anything from this website. The wood is unfinished and literally no part of the crib comes assembled. We got shipped 75 slats of wood and pound of screws that were supposed to be this crib. We barely got it open before my husband and I got splinters. I have no idea how this site is still active and we are returning this immediately.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it must have been. This is far from the experience we want any of our customers to have, and your feedback is being taken very seriously. As a small business, we care deeply about creating safe, thoughtful products for little ones and their families — and we're constantly working to improve, especially when we fall short. We hope the steps we've taken since our conversation have helped in some way. If you feel differently now or believe we've made things right, we’d be grateful if you considered updating your review to reflect your overall experience. Thank you again for your honesty — it helps us grow.

High hopes, negative experience so far.
We were sent the wrong no installation instructions. When building the frame, piece number 9 - which had a metal screw already installed in the beam and a space for a wooden dowel - has to connect to piece number 1. Piece 9 completely fell apart with the wood screw coming apart from the beam itself. It literally popped right out. How is that supposed to be secure? The rest of the pieces that attach to piece number 1 all fell out since the main support beam wasn’t in place properly. We researched and waited before making this purchase to ensure that our autistic daughter was getting a high quality bed frame. Spending over $1000 is a big deal for our family and we were so excited for this to come. We’ve had it almost a week now and it is still not built because of these issues. I reached out via email and I am hoping that someone will reach out about the broken pieces and my request for a partial refund due to the negative experience thus far.

We’re genuinely sorry for the issues you’ve experienced with the bed frame. We completely understand how much this purchase means to your family, especially for your daughter, and it’s incredibly disappointing to hear that the assembly has been so frustrating. We’ve already reached out to resolve the issue with the broken parts and to ensure you have everything needed to complete the assembly securely. Your experience matters deeply to us, and we’re here to make this right. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your feedback – it truly helps us improve.

We're truly sorry to hear about the missing pieces in your order — that’s certainly not the experience we strive to provide. We understand how disappointing that must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We're glad we were able to connect with you and offer a resolution. As a business, we care deeply about the families we serve and are constantly working to improve our products and customer service based on valuable feedback like yours. If you feel that your experience has since improved, we would be grateful if you’d consider updating your review. Your support helps us grow and continue building safer beds for little ones.
