I was assigned a real person to work with, no AI. I am not techie and he helped me navigate the different platforms. Their cover design was perfect the first time. They were able to work within my financial means and I appreciate this greatly. I would use them again.

Don’t waste your time with this predatory company! They will tell you everything you want to hear and provide nothing! Had to get my refund through my credit card company, because this company refused to give me a refund after providing me with nothing in the contract! This company is a Scam!

In a nutshell, my experience working with Crexton Publishers is "pure peace of mind" and that's what I need. They're respectful of the vision I have for my book and they work to please and fulfill my expectations. My interaction with the team, especially Cody and Marion is most satisfying. Cody never miss a beat and that means a lot to me! He's always available for any response. My journey doesn't ends here because Crexton Publishers has proven that they have my back and that's just perfect for me. Thank you, Joshua. I appreciate you all.

This is the second time posting this. I took it down and i'm putting it back up. I hired Crexton Publishers to assist with publishing my book, The Valuable Business, and paid the company $900. They prepared a manuscript and a website for the project. However, I was disappointed when I was not given access to the completed materials or a final published product. I was later told that I would need to pay an additional $500 before the company would upload my book to Amazon Kindle. Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied with the service and the unexpected additional charge. I believe customers should clearly understand what services are included, what additional fees may be required, and when they will receive access to the work they have paid for. I contacted Crexton again and then I asked them to complete my services agreement. They assured me they would do that. And I would be contacted by a representative. I'm still waiting. I no longer want to associate with them. Author beware.

I wrote a book it’s called To All Creations Children, it’s my autobiography and philosophy together. I found Zach as the head editor and stayed in constant touch, back and forth. That’s what you need, someone who’s responsive and punctual and knowledgeable. I found these qualities in Zach and Mexton Publishing. September 28 is our release date.

Marion and Cody have been a joy to work with. They were extremely accommodating with the book from the beginning of the manuscript to the day of publication. Both of these people have been excellent to respond to my questions in a timely manner. I will be asking to be on my team for my future projects. Job Well Done!
