Hiring in Healthcare
I own a pediatric therapy clinic and healthcare is notoriously a difficult field to hire for. We had a waitlist that was hundreds of patients long that we could not get in for services because we could not find clinicians to hire. We started using Crelate 2 years ago and almost instantly received resumes that would not have come across our desk otherwise. As someone who has only ever worked in healthcare, the hiring aspect of owning a therapy clinic did not come easy, but Crelate has made it effortless. I will say, initially the interface was difficult to use as I did not find it intuitive at all, but their customer service team has been very patient and helpful over the past 2 years and now I am able to utilize it without issue.
