The two stars are really for the outstanding customer service given by Lakeisha. Other than that this review is for others to save their money. Everyone’s credit score is different but, I recommend only starting off with the minimum rental history reported. I went big and purchased the 2year past reporting and monthly subscription but it did absolutely nothing. Save your money. Use it towards a secured credit card instead. At least then you will have something useful.
