I've had no issue until the last 6 months they have been continuing to receive my payment without services. While looking at my report, it had not been report for the last six months. When I submitted an issue to Credit Karma about the non existence reporting, they have removed me and my score dropped 8 points because of it. I tried several times to contact Creditmyrent and no one responsed to my emails. Now when I try their website their is no connection with the server non existent.

Horrible experience, lies and can't get anyone to reply. All it helped was Transunion and I paid for 2 years back but it doesn't let me add my bank for Equifax

Was involved in a legal issue/scam with UCES and has gone ghost. Never responds to emails or messages. Live chat never available. Gives you no way to cancel your membership. Surely took my 150.00 to sign me up though.

MUY MAL SERVICIO LLEVO CASI 2 meses tratando de comunicarme y nunca contestan ni las llamadas ni los email NADAAAA NADAAA DIARIOOOO llamo y nunca me contestas y saben para que llamaba??? Solamente para decirles que no se qué pasó con mi servicio que no me cobraron el mes de junio ni julio y yo quería seguir con su servicio a ver si tenía que darles otra tarjeta o que… y saben que ? Ni por un segundo me contactaron ni me he podido comunicar si pudiera dar 0 estrellas se las daría !!!!

NO CREDIT CHANGE AND SCORE DROPPED

Unfortunately, I have not seen any change to my credit score or profile after 3 months. Everytime I would call and ask, the goal post to see some type of change is moved. First it was "wait until it reports once to the credit bureaus", the second rep said "it should take 3 months to see change if any" and then finally a representative said "you would have to have been reported at least 6 months to 1 year."

How can I cancel my account with this company?
