had a phone call today from Naviyam as i had previously left a bad review due to the last call from her colleague which left me really upset and not happy. Naviyam made it so easy to talk to her and she listened to me without any judgement. She made me feel like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders and she explained things properly to me. Thank you for resolving my issue and treating me with kindness. You have made my day. I had a further call from Yuddish today whom was also very helpful and supportive and treated me with great kindness. Great customer support received from both Naviyam and Yuddish. Thank you

I really don't understand why this Creditfix have bad reviews. They have managed to get me debt free with ease and understanding. Great customer service and correspondence. I am. Now debt free under 5 yeas and revived my closure certificate today, even under difficult times of COVID 19. I was with Bourne Legal 3 years prior and the FCA contacted me to advise stop payments as under liquidation. They never stopped interest or paid money to my creditors taking my £7000 debt to £15,000!!!! Creditfix was recommended to me and helped me clear this large debt. Thank you once again to all the team at Creditfix. Miss Clark

Thank you to those at creditfix. I’ve received nothing but excellent customer support. You guys are amazing & very friendly. I feel like I’ve had a weight lifted off my shoulders. I received numerous phone calls & emails every step of the way to make sure I understood everything. I’d recommend Creditfix 100% Thank you for all you help.

steven and ryan were very helpful as were the young lady l spoke to . they explained everything very clearly and put me at ease. thank you

Signed up around October 2017. Had a handful of negative items on my credit that were hanging on from an identify theft. It took some time and effort but they were able to get everything removed. After 4 months my credit has improved enough to where I can actually get an apartment. I was very happy with the experience.
