this company sucks. Just love to take your money. I canceled over a month ago and this month still took out money that I can't afford. Called the company NO refunds, They bill you a month behind. I don't recommend this company

I thought this might be helpful, I am about to do my second review of Credit Fix. First tho I want to give every benefit of doubt so I will tell you what I am to do. Something is screwy because I know how I was treated. With that said, then I obviously believe those who said they were treated the same way, and a few of them didn't want to give them even one star. Yet of the 17 reviews, 4 found them to be 5-star people. A 5-star company. I say they were either family or close friend doing a favor. So I am going to challenge those four people to rate them again. I just checked my bank statement and for the second straight month after canceling them they have deducted 99 from my bank. I am about to call them, but my confidence that they are that bad a company is such I will rate them NOW BEFORE I CALL for another explanation. Oh by the way, for those of you who believe they are a great company, KNOW this. My credit scores, from two places, have both dropped 101 points since hiring them. TO the four people who RATED CREDIT FIX., 4 and 5 stars, I challenge you to honestly and with open mind rate them again., Helping a friend or family member is a good thing to do, we all need help. Helping them tho with a chance that it might hurt someone else, IS WRONG. Re Think

Took money and didn't do anything

Closed my account last month after no change in credit scores with adequate time for change. Here 6 weeks later i was just charged for services again that i did not want.

They started calling me about a week ago. I told them to not call me again. Now I get at least three calls a day. Whether they are a scam or not, I don't know....but I told them not to call me again and they continue to do so.

These people are a scam. I was forced into getting a credit report from one.company, while getting a loan. Free trial. Ok. I can CX right after. I did so.Bam! Charged! Called again, rep explained I didn't CX in time!! I Didn't bother disputing thru bank wasnt worth the trouble. But after speaking to cust rep again I learned of their credit repair and she offered me a free month of service. Ok, I might can do that, since included credit repair assist. She transfered me over.! I needed the help. But funds were tight I explained I just couldn't pay the small 12.95 fee at this time. Was told oh no, don't worry about that at all right now! Said this several times. I was to call them in a week or 2 and let them know when to charge it. (if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is) I was promptly charged. Fortunately, I saw it before they were able to charge those $98 fee. Called yet again? This time rep was rude. Kept saying no, no one would of made that kind of offer. Really?! So I'm lying? Her response, we don't give refunds for any reason. So I got her name, Id number, time of call. Called my bank. Now, I've the hassle of having to get a new card. Change all my auto pays etc..and wait the few days to get my funds back. But got to dispute the previous fee as well. I'm not usually sucked in. But these guys are good! He had me believing his bull. I live in a small fixed income. Any amount can throw me so far out of balance. These guys need to be shut down! So relieved I saw the charge right away. They would have sucked me dry!

This person sent me a text message asking what time they call me. They said that I indicated that i wanted help with my credit score. They also said they work with the credit company that I had just applied for a credit line with. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM ! I DID NOT APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT LINE , NOT A CHARGE CARD, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CREDIT. BEWARE OF CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES LIKE THIS AND REPORT THEM TO THE THREE AGENCIES, TRANSUNION, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX. THERE IS WAY TO MANY SCAMS OUT THERE AND TO MUCH FRAUD. DON'T GIVE INFORMATION TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DIDN'T ASK THEM TO HELP YOU. ALWAYS CHECK THEM OUT BEFORE YOU TALK TO THEM. Especially when they seem persistent.
