Pushy as anything, didn’t use them because I was bombarded with calls and texts right from the minute I showed interest. Beware the 5* reviews are all fake, they’re all the very similar.

I can see (from others' reviews) that I'm not the only one who's disappointed with their services. My original debt was £6659. At the beginning of contract I was told I'll be paying off £5100 over 5 years. Now, after I downloaded their App, I can see I am repaying £7905, which is £1246 higher than my original debt!!!!! Also, my agreement was extended and I have to pay additional charges for creditors meeting. Finally, I was accused of breaching my agreement and not paying contributions on time. Sorry Creditfix, I would NOT recommend you to anyone.

The last few months have been stressful with this company. Bad advise from one advisor after I was made redundant in Nov, wanting to settle up, kept asking for paper work for proof of redundancy and the final letter and payment. Did this was told that the creditors would form a meeting to agree on my last payment as I have only 5 months left in a 5 year agreement. Payments all up to date and the last review in October. Found out on Monday this week after 2 months that the creditors cancelled the meeting as I had not paid the final monies. I was not told to do this by the current advisor. What had she done in 2 months nothing, but gave me a threatening email & that I must produce 3 months of bank statements as to why I no longer would be paying into the IVA. I am waiting for the monies to clear, then talk to a solicitor or go back to stepchange, to gain more advise. I have produced evidence upon evidence to no avail. Creditfix only care about their fees and not the individual during these pandemic times. Shocking service they have provided towards the end of my agreement. Just want my monies to clear and be done and be debt free. If I had known nearly 5 years ago I would have gone to Stepchange. My friend advised me about Stepchange as he is a solicitor but not in the debt field. I have been upfront and honest to date with creditfix. But in these challenging times I have had nothing but stress.

What can I say other never take out an IVA until you have had real discussion with a financial advisor about the best ways to get out of debt not through a company that wants you to take an IVA out which serves the purpose of the sales rep not you as took one out due to feeling pressured when I did ask for alternatives was repeatedly told this was the best way it is not. I haven’t made payments in two years to this joke of a firm I have asked to cancel to no avail I now search for a legal way to end this with the IVA written off and annulled as the people who sell this do not hold the person in debt interests at heart they serve there commission rates beware don’t make the same stupid mistakes as I did

I spend most my time on hold when I call, never get a call back when told I will, get conflicting information constantly and if I could transfer my IVA to another firm, I would. it is the most unreliable, amateurish and poorly ran company I have ever, ever dealt with.

Lies lies and more lies, I should have had a iva withdrawn due to fraud on the account but they instead terminated it so despite me not paying as there is nothing to pay. It means I have an iva on my credit file for 6 years absolute joke of a company and no matter what they say they do not want to help complete bunch of crooks!

I don't even want to give this a one star . This is a scam . I'm a single mother of three trying to get out of debt and this company has put me in more debt !! They take money when you tell them not to . Utter scam . During the pandemic I was hit with identity fraud and had literally no money and these people was still trying to take money even tho I sent them proof of my circumstances twice. Do not use these scam artists your live to regret it.

Awful experience with these people. Rude advisors, got my paperwork wrong on 3 occassions. Had to ring me back as they missed part of the verification call. Forced me to pay more than I could afford through using fear tactics. Anyone reading this please talk to Step Change first. Avoid using Creditfix as they just do not care and give you a world of pain.
