if I could give 0 stars I would, really helpful to start off with so agreed to start the application process. 2 days later another option was given to us via family so we cancelled the application. since then my credit card has been frozen and my bank account was frozen pending closure! this happened four days after cancelling the IVA application. This has caused no end of issues and I didn't even get to the creditor meeting stage. we will be complaining via citizens advice and their trustees. Avoid at all costs!!

Very poor service And added a lot of money for charges And they’ve done very little I had to do most of the sorting out Luckily I paid it off after of only being in it for a year But nothings changed Still getting emails and letters from companies I owed money Even though I’ve paid the Iva off early Then get told by creditfix to ring the loan companies to tell them I’ve paid And ask citizens advice questions Because they are incapable of answering Iva questions Very odd Awful service and charged fees for doing absolutely nothing Now in the process of taking them to court

Incompetent company all they are interested in after submitting your annual review is trying to put up your payments even if your income has gone down which proves they don’t even look at the paperwork give them a miss

Anyone thinking of an IVA use the Free Service thru Citizen's Advice Service, You'll save yourself £1000s in administration fees, Creditfix Charge You upwards of £3600 for administration fees, Roughly 15% of your monthly fee goes to them, Citizen Advice recommended service is Zero Charges, Also let me tell you about our experience, my iva finishes in November, Creditfix today informed me that they had missed a creditor off my agreed creditors list after 4 and a half years and would need to redo my agreement to include this creditor, Problem is said creditor was number 2 on the list provided 4 and a bit years ago & they've admitted its there fault but want me to pay, Thankfully after after a phone call with Citizens Advice I've logged a complaint with themselves and also contact the Insolvency Service & complained there, Thankfully I now understand my rights & they've been informed that I'll be continuing with my agreed agreement and that I'll not be requiring there services past November

I started with with Creditfix back in March 2016, and they were very friendly and sorting out things, now I keep getting lied too, keep getting phone calls at 7.30 in the morning, cannot understand them, wanted me to take equity out of the house and get another loan, and I’ve done nearly 60 months and now I cannot get equity out of the house I have another 16 payments left. Can anyone help what else to do, Kind regards Dan

I took this Iva with creditfix owing approx 14000 I paid in time monthly no defaults. Then I redeemed after selling home was given a figure of which was paid by solicitor. She did question figures didn’t tally as I had paid £7000 more than debt itself.. after 9 months I still am waiting on money owing to me & figure given is only 300 + . I was also told it’s been approved & in accounts.. now been told totally different & also I’m questioning why small amount as my last annual figure with all but one creditor paid which was not large amount.. if I had done it all myself I would have saved 6000+. I was told 80% written off...NO more like 20% I’m very dissatisfied & also conflicting emails . I won’t be recommending creditfix to anyone. 9 months in but took money quick enough from me .. a very dissatisfied customer
