You received a link showing you all 12 negative items that were deleted. I came across your review that you posted at the end of May this year. So reviewed your files to see why you would post a negative review. After reviewing your files I see that we were able to get a total of (12) negative items from your credit files back in 2022 . I see that we worked your case in a timely manner under the terms we discussed (i.e. every 30 days for 9months). I also see that we sent you monthly updated progress reports as well (see example of link below). I'm not sure if you were unhappy with our service why you wouldn't email me and let me know. We always work vigoroulsy to help our clients and do everything we can to help with our clients credit restoration process. With that said, I would be glad to review your files and see what else can be done to help with your credit restoration process. On July 23rd, 2023 You retained Credit Team USA's services to help with your credit restoration issues. At such time you had (27) adverse negative items reporting on credit files. Your TransUnion score was 539 when we started. We were able to get (8) negative items deleted during that time period. Your score went +108 points to (647). On you Experianreport your score was ( 518). We were able to get (7) negatvie items deleted and raise your score (112) points. On your Equifax report your score went up (89) points with (3) deletions. The grand total of negative items deleted was (18). Further, we updated you monthly via email with progress status reports to keep you informed of your progress. In closing your review is unfair and flatly wrong. If you would like to discuss your account email me a good time for a phone appointment and I'll reach to you. Just to be clear, we appreciate your business but your review is hard to understand since we had good results and offered to renew your service for another (9) months for a $133.00 per credit file. In response to Samar’s unfair review. Samar retained our service again because we had excellent results the first time around. Let it be noted, we also had good results for Samar and her family the second time around as well. Her mother was offered a couple of debt settlement options that she was not in the position to pay. Thereby, Samar feels we failed to deliver. Further, Samar knows we have other staff members as when she called in asking for me and one of our team members let Samar know I was out of the country for a few weeks and someone else could answer her questions. Summary of what we did for Samar . Improvements of 146 point increase on Equifax, 104 point increase on Experian, and 134 point increase on Transunion, with a total of 42 negative deletions from her credit history. 8 negative items remained. We are always here to help and can continue to work our clients cases if suited. In regards to Identity IQ it’s one of the biggest credit reporting/anti theft sites and programs currently, and is the best and cheapest way to obtain reports monthly. In closing, we have been in business for 25+ years and we are A+ rated. Further, 80+ percent of our clients are from referrals based upon our performance. I’m sorry Samar wasn’t satisfied with the debt settlements we were able to obtain for her mother, however the review posted is extremely unfair and flatly just wrong.

Rheanna as you know you retained our service on July 19th, 2021. You had three items on your credit files that you wanted us to work. Within three months we had all your adverse items deleted. Several months later another collection company picked up one of the accounts and posted to your credit files. Your case had been closed and completed. However, you asked us to continue working the new posting since it was the same account that we go deleted from another company. I told we would do that for you. We’ve continued to work the newly reported account. You called my office and you were told I was out of the country. The consultant that you spoke with answered your questions. Further, when I got back to work I contacted you and explained your progress status report. So yes, I do believe your posted review is completely unfair as we have went well out of our way to try and help you. Further, I didn’t argue with you regarding your unfair review I just explained my position.
