I had ordered a Mega Bundle for the second time. The first time in August of 2023 and then again today. I let customer service know within a couple of hours after I made the error. I got a fast response with a refund. Wow! There are not many businesses I know who respond this quickly.

The product selection and ordering process is straightforward as always. This time, I had an issue with the email address I used (my error), but the support team resolved it without any fuss, and this more than warranted a positive review.
