I have downloaded a load of Library images, but cannot make much sense of what I have bought. When I try to contact "Support" I get "2099 - Bad server response" The FAQ's are no use at all, eg "use our online portal" - but no explanation how to get to it.

There was a possible computer glitch where I was charged the wrong amount for a Photoshop software and training package deal. I emailed Creator Support via email and it was rectified within no more than 2 hours. First class.

I have recently bought Joel's course and I recieved a newsletter about the new discounted courses. The price of them was good so I gave them a shot. They are definitely worth the money, however I don't understand why it has to be divided into several websites. My Still Life photography course is accessible on joelgrimes website, this portrait courses are accessible on creatorfoundry... Doesn't make any sense, it would be obvious to access everything on the same website. There is also absolutely no choice to buy additional courses, all the website offers is my course library. Does it mean the next time a bundle will be discounted it will be accessible from different, thirs website? This would prevent me from buying anymore honestly.
