I cant get refund for my subscription. I contacted them via email and they said they refunded but no money yet for 3 weeks. My bank confirmed it was not refunded. The overall "software" is very raw doesn't worth its money. The idea is great but there is no good implementation. Guys before charging people make sure your product is good and you have proper support team in place. Still hope to get my money back.

Same experience as the other review. Do not do business with these people, they take your money then don't respond to you.

I signed up for the 3 day trial and had to enter my card details. After signing up, I didn't receive any password/login information and couldn't make use of the actual trial. I reached out to their team 3 times through email to ask for login information and to cancel my membership if I wouldn't receive it quick enough to do the 3 day trial. No response whatsoever and I was charged the $99 after 3 days. So I've been charged but I can't actually use their platform as they didn't send me login info. Still haven't received a response on this matter. Be careful signing up to their service as their team does not respond. SCAM
