We made the intentional decision to build our own editor, partly to give you more control and flexibility that wasn't possible through other editing tools (we're adding new features and optimizations near weekly), and partly to protect our members from the price increases third-party tools are passing along to justify their AI costs. CreativeOS is a template library with an editor designed to give you proven, ready-to-customize ad frameworks; our philosophy is intentionally keeping humans in the loop at the start and end of creation, rather than fully AI-generated outputs. It's a different approach than tools like Nano Banana, and it sounds like it may not have been the right fit for what you were looking for. Regarding the refund: our policy is outlined in our terms, and I understand the frustration when something doesn't meet expectations. Hi Zohair, We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. To clarify, one of the reasons we moved away from our Canva integration is that changes on their side made it no longer a reliable solution for delivering our premium, expertly designed templates. We chose to focus on an editor purpose-built for ads, emails, and landing pages, and we’re improving it every week with new features and optimizations. This lets us give customers a consistent experience without depending on external platforms where unexpected pricing or policy changes can disrupt their workflow. We’ll continue updating the editor based on user feedback. Thank you for giving us a try.
