TOTAL SCAMMERS AVOID AVOID DO NOT USE
I believe these people are scammers, and unfortunately I suspect the good ratings are probably fake or maybe they did a few good jobs just to get a few good reviews but are otherwise scammers. Daniel first contacted me. He was very flattering and I should've suspected something then but I didn't. After I was ready it took them weeks/actually it ended up being months to get to my project when Daniel was in charge. Very unfortunately I gave them a thousand dollars. Daniel had his team make a design for me. I had explained what I wanted to him in writing and it was not in any way what I wanted. I felt like he totally ignored everything I wrote. Also my host, Dreamhost, had told me that my website (it was partially done before I went to them) had a serious technical problem that needed to be resolved. I told Daniel about it and he made zero effort to remedy it, he just totally ignored that I said it. Then, after making a appointment to meet with me to have our 1st discussion Daniel no-showed. Ghosted me. Acted like nothing happened afterwards. More time went by, and he was too busy to do anything. Then he said he had a death in the family and handed me over to Nick. All they had done for me so far was to have sent me a totally lame screenshot of what I totally didn't want. Nick took some time getting back to me but not a negligent amount. He told me that the amount of money that Daniel told me would pay for everything, would not pay for everything and that one of my pages would cost more. There was no specific amount mentioned but I did not have a good feeling about it. We talked and made plans for the work to get done but the day after that I finally realized I should just get the hell out of there and should never in any way trust them with anything. I should've realized that a long time ago but I think one reason was that I was afraid they wouldn't give me my money back. I told Nick that I just wanted a refund and I felt like I had to make something really really good up or it would not be ok, so I did. It was probably a 15-20 minute conversation where I was basically sweet talking him, which I felt I had to do to get a refund. Eventually Nick said that Robert would handle the refund. After more time passed I got to talk to Robert. Mind you I had only received one completely lame looking screenshot that was the only work they did. Robert told me he wanted to take 50% of my $1,000 for what they had done. I was not surprised. He was trying to make up reasons, "We did alot of work, etc, etc." They did not do alot of work. Long conversation. I said no. He said he'll talk about it with Nick and get back to me. He called me back and offered me $600, thats the best he could do. I was worried that if I didn't settle for $700 I wouldn't get anything so I said I thought at most AT MOST they should get $250 and they should really get less bc they did almost nothing, but that I would settle for getting $700 back and you can bet I felt very lucky that he agreed to it. So I think its obvious that this company should not be trusted to do a blankety-blank thing for blankety-blank anyone. I have plenty of receipts if anyone wants to see them. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT USE. I hope after they see this review they'll shut their filthy business down but you know they would only start under another name, the scammers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt this way, as it’s never our intention for any client to leave feeling disappointed or unheard. From the beginning, our team worked to understand your vision and initiated the design process accordingly. As with many creative projects, collaboration and revisions are a normal part of refining the final outcome, and we did provide initial concepts based on the information shared at the time. We also want to acknowledge that there were gaps in communication during your project, including delays and a transition between account managers. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we take responsibility for not meeting expectations in that regard. Regarding the refund, our policy outlines how work completed is accounted for. However, despite the time and resources already invested by multiple team members, we made the decision to issue a $700 refund (70% of the total payment) as a gesture of goodwill and to bring closure to the situation. We respect your decision to discontinue the project and genuinely wish you the best moving forward. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our communication and overall client experience.
