The true rating is 0. I was contacted in late January 2026 about creating an ecommerce website. I spoke with Jordan Brown, a "true" salesman. He made claims that seemed reasonable, but turned out to be false. I was supposedly assigned to Henry D'Costa, who was supposed to build my site. They collected $1,200 to build the site, telling me that was all the cost involved. I was promised a working website in 3-4 weeks. 2 months have passed and I still have no site. I have been trying for 20 years to find competent, honest people to build me a site. They have all proven to be dishonest. Henry would not keep me updated on the progress. I had to continue to contact him, and he kept telling me the site was about ready. He sent me a mockup of a site. I told him I wanted something that would reflect what I wanted for a site, which he never produced. He never put my books or picture on the site. At the end of March, he sent me an email telling me I needed to pay additional money, which amounts to a total of over three thousand dollars. Never mind that Jordan told me the $1,200 would be the total cost. I warn others to stay far away from Creative Digital Studio LLC. They will rob you of your money and will not fulfill their legal obligation to you. If that is not fraud, what is? Also, I have received texts from some man asking about one of my books. How did he learn of it, unless Henry has secretly put up a site, expecting to make money from my work? There are too many red flags waving. CDS is a dirty company, as are its employees. CDS response is a lie. Whoever wrote this is a liar. When i first spoke with Jordan Brown, we spoke about my site having unlimited products and not just sixteen. We spoke of various payment methods. Henry is lazy and uncommmitted to performing quality work. The initial mockup depicted another man with books other than mine. The second mockup Henry sent me was the exact same mockup. I told Henry I wanted to see a site with my work on it. I spoke about print on demand with Jordan who is a real salesman--crooked. I could not get Henry to initiate contact to show progress made. I always had to contact him. In our last phone call, Henry told me I would have to pay an additional $3,000. I tolde him I demand a refund. I warned this sorry excuse of a web company I was prepared to go to the Oklahoma State Attorney General's Office, and this pack of lies serves as more ammunition. I will ask the OAG to bar CDS from doing business in Oklahoma, as well as fine them heavily. I hope they will do just this. I warn everyone to stay away from Creative Digital Studios. They need to be put out of business. They are scamsters.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt frustrated during the process, that’s never the experience we aim to provide. When we began working together, the original scope of the project was for a 16-product eCommerce website at the agreed cost of $1,200. Our team got started right away and made steady progress, including initial designs and development work. As the project evolved, additional requirements were introduced, including print-on-demand functionality and a large expansion in product volume. These are valuable features, but they do significantly increase the complexity, time, and resources required. We did our best to communicate this and provided an updated estimate to support those additions. We completely understand that budget expectations are important. When it became clear that we couldn’t align on the expanded scope within the original cost, we chose to issue a full refund, even though a substantial portion of the work had already been completed. Our intention was to bring the situation to a fair and respectful close. We truly regret any breakdown in communication along the way and are always working to improve how we guide clients through scope changes and expectations. We wish you all the best with your website and future success with your books.
