I have spoke ones the guy name Alex when he was taking my order he was very nice and he said to me we can do what you want and he said they will deliver within 2 to maximum 3 week, however now 3 weeks been they haven’t complete my project every day they lying with me even they haven’t don’t any single thing complete I don’t recommend to anyone to give them website work because they don’t even know how to work they are very unprofessional people.

Did an amazing job with my logo! They know what they’re doing. Great service as well as simple and easy. Can’t reccomend enough

Excellent customer service! Logo’s are fantastic and the team certainly know what they’re doing. Can’t wait till I hand my website over to them now. I will recommend this company to my friends and family. 5*

Branded logos are now removing my reviews, but i'll summarise my experience: £600 paid - £49 wordpress theme which they insited was 'custom' +£40 plugin which didnt work. Numerous deadline extensions just hoping i would forget about it 100% money back guarantee not honoured - something in their policy states it is void after you agree to the design concept, which they send a day after you pay them just to show what they claim it will look like. So essentially they dont have a refund policy since everyone will accept that, not knowing they are voiding the refund policy Called and demanded i remove the review or they will not complete the website - they couldnt complete it anyway and refused to provide a refund so i wrote a review. Issued with a letter of notice from my bank who agreed i should be issued a refund - received no response 2 months on they are removing reviews and still not offering a refund, as well as not actually providing me with the service i paid for, which is a breach of UK law... Update!! - They trade under ITECHDEVICES UK LTD. So i will be issuing an additional letter of notice for them to provide a refund, and will then proceed with debt collectors or begin court proceedings. Alternatively, Branded logos, stop being cowards and removing reviews, and just give me a refund, i have no intentions of stopping writing reviews and it will cost you more than it costs me. Thanks Jack
