A genuinely awful experience. Branded Logos are very skilled at appearing professional, and getting payment, and promising quality work, but, have extremely poor skill at building websites, cannot follow simple step by step instructions, and have no affinity whatsoever for web design. Their only skill is in convincing the client that they are professional, and in getting money out of you for work that never transpires. The mockup site they put together was pitiful, and, not according to our direction. Repeated emails, phone calls, screenshot directions were not followed, and the results were horrible and unprofessional. The theme they used seemed like a cheap wordpress theme. After 6 months, and, a mockup ecommerce site with a few awful pages, I decided I had to ask for my money back as it was obvious they are not equipped for actually building websites. They said they would refund the bulk of my payment, then, 2 weeks later when I hadn't heard anything from them, I chased them up, they did a 180, and, refused any refund at all. I have wasted so much time with these people. Ignore the slick website, the UK postal address and phone number. They are an overseas operation, NOT in the UK as website suggests. Virtually zero skill, no integrity, and 1001 excuses. This they are pro at. So, apart from wasting my time over the past 6 months, I have no website and they have kept the £2200 fee. Branded Logos have replied to this review that a 'refund is not allowed when all work has been done'. I could understand this. But, I paid for an integrated ecommerce site with 1 years marketing as well. The mockup site I got had a menu on top bar, a home page and a second page. That's all. I used to be in web design years ago. The work they did I could have done in 1-2 hours max. They would like public to believe everything was complete. I had a poor mockup with two barely functioning pages. I paid for a years marketing. They have done none of this either. Where is my refund for this service not provided? Save yourself money and heartache, avoid these people like the plague. You will regret it if you have dealings with them.

Great customer service! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted for our logo when I contacted them. Then I had lots of revisions and addendums to my logo designs and they were very patient and willing to work on every idea! Such a great experience that I asked them to also work up a jersey design for our mountain bike team! Thanks, Carl!

Excellent communication throughout , quick turnaround of any new concepts at my request and extremely happy with my final logo. Highly recommended
