I accidentally ordered the wrong size on a pair of shoes and immediately emailed their customer service. Not only did they take 2 days to respond, but they said that it was too late and that they would not accept returns or refunds.

Scam!!! Ordered and waited 2 month but no package arrived! Contacted createdon.com and they gave NO refund, no resending product, nor did they help with the tracking of the "lost" package, if they even sent it in the first place! Scam site!

On the website a Bouquet of Stitches shows as £40 but as you get to the checkout it shows us £50 but in $ (not counting shipping). I contacted them but they didn't try fixing it or refund or anything. Really bad customer service
