Communication is a nightmare and they will tell you you're wrong about everything
So I ordered a Creality Falcon A1. The picture showed a rotary, so I contacted them to confirm, because I had this problem before with a 3D printer that was supposed to include an enclosure but didn't. I messaged them to ensure it would come with the rotary. I told them which one I bought; they said yes, so I completed the purchase. I received it, asked two people about it to be sure before purchasing, opened it, and assembled it (which wasn't difficult). It's a very nice machine; I haven't used it yet (I'll use it for mugs, etc.), but it didn't come with a rotary. I contacted them, and they said they wouldn't discuss the problem, claiming I misread their message. When they plain as day said that it would come with it. I asked the first guy, and he just keeps surely it will come with it surely it will, you know and to me surely means yes, but I don't know about, and I think it's in China where it came from surely might mean something else, but that's what he said, so then I was like okay just to make sure I contacted again, and I talked to a female, and she said yes if the other guy said it will come with it then it'll come with it, you don't have to worry about it now they're telling me they're going to give me a $20 reimburse me on a $650 machine because they don't want to pay for shipping and handling and I will have to pay for it out of pocket I have all the emails saved because it was very rude, and now I'm stuck with a machine that I can't really use I know I could use it for other projects, but I already have laser engravers for those projects they're just five Watts I bought this one because it's got a stronger laser well it's supposed to I haven't tried it yet, but I wanted to use it for tumblers and glasses so now it's just sitting on a desk and not being used because I don't have the rotary, and it is kind of expensive to buy separately look I'm willing to send it back but they're saying to do it on my dime and I don't think that's right or they can give me a $20 reimbursement the machine cost $650ish I know that below they're saying that it was on time delivered yes the machine itself was delivered but even though I was told it came with the rotary I bought it separately that never came in the proof picture yes they do have one of a pair of wooden steps mine are concrete that's not my house.. neither of them are the post offices fixed it yet and it's been over two weeks They have been no help they keep telling me to contact the carrier I did with no luck I showed them in a picture my steps are concrete the ones in the picture that I received were old wooden ones

Hi Fransisco, Thank you for your order. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the rotary. As shown in the product listing images, the Falcon A1 does not include a rotary by default. We also offered you a generous discount to purchase the rotary separately. Your package was delivered on time, and we have a delivery photo as proof of receipt. If you haven’t received the package, we’re happy to help by contacting your local post office on your behalf. Please feel free to reach out if there’s anything else we can assist with: [email protected]. Best regards, Creality Falcon Team
