Not only is the sign perfect and exactly what I was hoping for, the customer service was fantastic. After ordering it I needed it by a certain day and they helped express it and worked with the shipping company to ensure it arrived at the right time. Their communication is fantastic. I love my sign. It makes me so happy every time I look at it. Also definitely recommend getting the dimmer remote! It’s mood lighting all in one!

However, you reached out to us 48 hours after placing the order, requesting modifications. Subsequently, after a week of email communication, you asked to cancel the order. We were prepared to accommodate your requested modifications to ensure you received the best possible product. Nonetheless, our company policy allows for order cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order.
