I placed an order on April 18, it is now May 1 and still have not received it. But the money was deducted from my checking account at the time of the order. I have tried to track it several times and the message is always the same, "preparing your order". I only ordered 1 item. I've tried to call customer service and I keep getting the same message "higher volume than usual" and I am on hold for a very long time. How can I get in touch with them?

Ordered 11 items on April 4. They shipped out 3 items on April 9. Never received the rest of my order. Called them on April 15 and was told they were shipping my items that day. No, they didn't and lied about it again on april 19, said they would ship them out that night. It's been 16 days since I placed my order

Purchased the Peyton sectional from crate and barrel. Waited 8 weeks for delivery. It is nothing - repeat nothing like the sofa we sat on in the store. Hard as a rock. Nothing we can do about it either as they don’t accept “custom item” returns. Well everything’s is custom when you have no stock crate and barrel. I will never shop here again.

I ordered a chair and ottoman 8 weeks ago. To date no one in their customer service team can tell me when I'm getting it. Crate & Barrel has some of the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I would never order anything from them again.

worst customer service I ordered a quilt for my son and after a month, four calls and many many emails, they canceled my ordered without even asking me. The customer service wouldn't reply emails, and when calling the stuff was very rude laughing at me and then leaving me on hold for almost 30 minutes when I asked to talk with a supervisor. I will definitely not recommend this brand to anybody.

Worst return policy ever!!! With so many better options out there to shop at, I don’t know why anyone would shop here anymore. They could care less about the customer. God forbid you tried to return something without a receipt.

Let's just say this is my first and last time ordering from Crate & Barrel. I ordered 6 things online and got charged for it. After a week I got a refund. We'll guess what I'm only getting one item out of the six. I wish they would not charge my credit card right away. Most companies charge you when they're shipping your item. So I was under the impression that I'm getting everything that I ordered but I was wrong...

I made an online order to complete the two rods I own. I saw they were being discontinued so it seemed like the perfect time. My card was charged. I waited and waited for the confirmation e-mail. It NEVER came. I had to log back in to see they cancelled my order. Perhaps because it is no longer in stock. I will never know. The one star is because they NEVER contacted me to update me. I read and liked the “mission statement” if the Founders saw this level of service, they would be appalled. Crate and Barrel continues to disappoints it guests. There is only ONE direction for this company. The same direction as Sears. Sorry guys, you loose another valuable guest.
