There seems to be a pattern! We ordered dining set in early February and was told to expect delivery in March. Even received an email stating "You can look forward to receiving your order soon." "See order detail - open link." Open the link and message says, "expected arrival late June." Communicated frustration and concerns via text and the response appeared to be generated by a robot.

I ordered a table and chairs on September 3, 2020. The table has been promised "the next two weeks" for the last three months. Now they say middle of May. That's 9 months for a table to arrive. I asked to substitute a table in stock for the table that I ordered but no-go. They say I ordered a custom table thought they never told me that when I placed the order. CB customer service is terrible. They only allow you to resolve issues via text messaging after initially talking to you over the phone. They don't care about your situation and blame everything on Covid. Unfortunately, there are too many people out there with similar complaints. Looks like CB is going down the tubes. I never plan to place an order or stop into a CB store in the future!

uhh.. Still waiting on a christmas gift i had purchased for my neice... its march "expected" to be delivered in April. Just wow. This place is ridiculous and a waste of time

Second verse same as the first. Ordered sofa on 10/28/20. That's four and a half months ago. They said we'd have it at the begging of February. Radio silence. We didn't even get emails saying it was delayed. Funny thing is, we ordered $2K of furniture for our kid's room that came on time.

I ordered a sofa around 10/2020 and it arrived 3/21 the sofa is completely lop sided you can't sit soon it because its stuffed the wrong way the left side of the sofa is completely different in measurement from the right Side you can't sit on it because the sitting part cushion is totally slanted and you feel like you are falling down the fabric is rippling and no customer service att all I paid for this couch 3500.00 3/21/21 update nobody from the company is in touch with you you have to call him a couple of times till they get you through to the right person nobody’s nice to you just in a very stern voice telling me that they ordered a new one and the new one is going to also take a couple of months told him I don’t want to wait so long but they told me in the stern voice that’s their policy very very not reliable company do not buy anything From this company

I got married in November of 2020 and we did a wedding registry with them in September. As of today there is still stuff on backorder for orders placed over 5 months ago. If you are ever able to get a hold of someone you just get the run around and they can`t even tell you when things are back in stock. How can a stupid handmixer or cookware or a wooden ladle (to name a few) be out for that long? And please C&B, please don`t give me stupid answer of Covid-19. That doesn`t work anymore after such a long time. Where possible I told my peeps to cancel if they can and get things from Williams And Sonoma or Room and Board. I just gifted a $100 giftcard that I received to a close friend of mine so I don`t have to go to there store anymore. I`m so done with them!

Terrible. They post a number to "text" to get an answer re order status. That goes unanswered (after 5 attempts). I had to physically go to the store to try to get answers. After an initial run around, a kind employee offered to try to see what was going on. They said the order is "in process" but nothing more they can tell me. I asked them to call someone. They do not have any of those contacts at the store, they say!!! IF THEY CAN'T CALL, THEN WHO COULD!!! NOT HAPPY WITH CRATE AND BARRELL. AND THEY GENERALLY DO NOT CARE.

“We can’t process your payment”. I used PayPal. I’ve never had a prob with PayPal. I ipad ate the payment info. Yet, it’s sill listed as “on hold” and asks me to contact customer service. I’ve been listening to their music for 20 minutes now. I’m nearly Olympic level at online shopping. I’ve never seen such a terrible app that is counterintuitive. Not have I seen such a bad payment system set up. I will likely just cancel and use Amazon.
