Absolutely the worst online shopping experience of my life. Do NOT waste your time or give your hard earned funds to this company. Ordered three pieces totaling over $3,500 with them and after months of waiting they canceled the order because $200 was due and they "couldn't get ahold of me".... The $200 that was due was the shipping fee which I was told by the previous rep would be comped for how long the order had taken. Long story short... never again. never never ever. They dont care about you as a customer.

I ordered some kitchen towels, expecting delivery in 3-5 days. I have received an email from Crate and Barrel asking me to tell them how much I liked them, but they still have not actually arrived. They are still on their way after 17 days. They are now in Massachussetts. I'm in Connecticut.

Their stated get it by this date is just worse than even a fortune cookie. Add that to them using fed ex and you have a experience worse than the average war crime. To think I almost bought right from the manufacturer…could of saved myself all this fun.

Item hasn't been delivered in over a month... We ordered an Arlo Dresser for our baby back in July with a delivery timeframe of late august. They got delayed to early september, then they said their truck was too big to make it up to our house so they would send a smaller truck (2 weeks later). Today the smaller truck was supposed to be here by 8am. We finally called to ask they said they didn't load it into the truck since they had a note that they couldn't deliver today. Now they are saying September 30th. I will never EVER buy from this company again.

Terrible evil company. Sell things that can not be delivered. And anything you say they blame on COVID-19 pandemic, easy way out. The thing is that other furniture places went through the same thing but they honoring their delivery date. I wish I knew that before buying in here. Run away never buy anything in here.

The wood center table that arrived has chipped in the corner, the bed that I ordered was expected beginning September and when I track it it says late October. The appalling part is that, there is no way you can contact these people. They have no email, a number on which you are just kept on hold for hours, a chat in which no one shows up, a text messaging system where no one replies. The only way to order stuff from this shop is to order from a store, whit whatever old ,few pieces they have. DO NOT order anything online, there is no way you can reach them if you have a problem. Such a bad customer service being in America! This shop might close soon it seems.

Ordered a couch, in July, that was IN STOCK. How does an in stock item take months to arrive? The answer; it doesn't, as in doesn't ever arrive. Delayed till early September. It's early September and received new email on 9/6, delayed till late September. C&B just realized on the day it was due that it's not coming? Of course they knew, but Crate and Barrel is stringing their clients along and that is customer disservice.

Deeply Disappointed with this product and the poor quality control. I am very disappointed with this purchase. The doors were badly misaligned and did not close flushed (one remains adjar)) which is unacceptable for the price point of this item, at nearly $2000. I called C&B and they sent out two tradesman a week later to try to realign the doors but they could not and apologised. I was disappointed further when the tradesman said he would report back that they couldn't realign the doors ... but they would ensure a replacement would be checked for any defects before leaving the warehoue! WHAT?? Why wasn't this 'quality control' carried out prior to the first delivery, mind you I waited nearly 4 months for this to be delivered. I will be returning this cupboard and not purchase from C&B again.
