Wouldn’t change the size on a shirt !!!!!1111 They sent the a hat with fake size I ordered a 7/78 and I know the size very well . This one is way to small This was a gag gift so we didn't mind that the quality was pretty awful- cheap, thin material, weird sizing. Because we needed it sooner, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. Didn't fit. Material is cheap and ugly and the actual product does not look anything like the pictures on-line. I went on Facebook and did research and I found this help ᵉⁱᵍʰᵗ⁴ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 𝓉𝓌𝑜 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒻𝒾𝓋𝑒the company admitted that the product was crap it was nothing like in the picture at all the company customer team was very friendly and efficient so much so that the whole process was painless and resolved within an hour I certainly won't be using them again. CHEAP GOODS Would not reccomend Fanatics brand anything.

The product was on backorder until early January. It's now the end of January and still no word about it. Their customer service is also very difficult to get a hold of, and they often don't have answers.

Where on the website does it specify that "made just for you"is not returnable! Custom orders are not. I was under the impression I could return the desk I ordered! You need to fix your wording on the website!!!!!! I am now left with a desk that the color is not what I expected!

I wish I could say I've loved my experience with Crate and Barrel ... but I'd be lying. I ordered the Petite Lounge II 2-piece sectional on August 2. When placing my order I was told that delivery would be between September 20th and November 8th, because it was a custom order. No mention was made that the sofa was currently on backorder. I decided to check the status of my sofa using their order tracker, and noticed that the status field was blank. I found this odd so I immediately attempted to get in contact - I say ATTEMPTED because it took my over a week of constant phone calls, emails and web chat attempts to finally get connected with someone. The person on the live chat informed me that the status section was blank because my sofa was on backorder. She indicated that they expected to receive in at their warehouse in mid-November and then would send me a shipping notice once it was ready to be shipped out to me. I immediately responded asking why I hadn't been notified that my item was on backorder, especially since the backorder pushed my delivery date outside the originally quoted timeframe. Instead of answering my question she ended the chat and I got a nice little auto message thanking me for chatting with them. I'm VERY disappointed. I purchased this sofa because I am moving into a new place on October 1st and have already sold my sofa. I waited to place the order until October 1st based on one of their representative's guidance that placing it any earlier would result in the sofa being ready for delivery before my move-in-date. Now I'm faced with moving into a new apartment and having no sofa for 1-2 months. I just hope I have no further issues because I'm really not looking forward to spending another week trying to get ahold of them. When I spend $3000 on a sofa I expect better customer service. Likewise, when I spend a good chunk of money for white glove delivery I expect my item to be delivered within the quoted time frame or compensation to be provided for the delay, OR at the very least, to be notified of the delay and apologized to.

CB/CB2 has a bad habit of creating a shipping label and waiting a week or longer to actually ship the order. Please don't use covid as an excuse, this has been happening for quite some time now.

Firstly I ordered the three leaf sculptures Mango leaf on stand Bodhi leaf on stand and finally the Beech leaf on stand as I always admired them on the crate and barrel website. An offer was on with free international shipping as I live in Warwick in the United kingdom I took the offer up. When the items arrived I opened the box and there was only two items the beech leaf was missing but all three were stated on the invoice,I've sent a message via the crate and barrel website but as of this morning Sunday 10th of February I haven't received a reply. As well the Bodhi leaf on stand doesn't stand straight it bends forward a little bit which seems odd I know these are hand made in India but a bent leaf doesn't look good Thanks Marc in Warwick uk.

I registered for my wedding with Crate & Barrel. I love their products - that wasn't the problem at all. However, some of the items we didn't like on receipt and the return process was a nightmare. They make it difficult for sure, but I also found the company dishonest. Four, maybe five times, I returned an item and was told the credit would be mailed to me and it was not sent even once. Every single time I had to call weeks later to ask where the credit (issued in the form of a gift card was). Once I called they were responsive and put the card in the mail - but you shouldn't have to follow up. I think a high percentage of people just forget about it or don't have the time to sit on the phone when you are number 15 in the queue, so they don't follow up and then just lose out on the refund. Had it happened once I'd write it off as a mistake - but when it happens 4 or 5 times - its a policy and a dishonest one. I won't ever shop with them again.

We bought three Axis II leather pieces. Within 6 months, the stitching came undone on the ottoman, despite very minimal use. C&B customer service initially was slow to respond, then eventually promised to send a repair person right after the first of the year (2018). It is now five months later, and no one has responded to any of my follow-up emails. Believe it when you read about poor customer service from C&B! [Correction: I just received a generic response saying "we will respond as soon as we can," which is how this whole mess started. I really do not want to spend another five or six months trying to get through to them!] I gave two stars because the other furniture pieces are great, but would give -10 for customer service. And to top it off, they refused to post the above review on their website, saying: Your review cannot be approved for one or more of the following reasons: - mentions a competitor - directs business away - includes personally identifiable information - mentions shipping complaints - includes inappropriate media - contains a URL - is vague or needs more detail - includes profanity - raises product quality/safety concerns The only thing I can think of is that I allegedly am "directing business away" by writing a poor review - which means they will not let any critical reviews be posted.
