Good and Bad.
Pros: They sell refurbished versions of expensive chairs for half the price. Cons: You get what you pay for. Even though the chair looks improved on the outside, the mechanism is very much defective. I received a wobbly crooked chair that was causing me back pain I never had before in a boring dining room chair. I tried to show them photos of my chair being crooked but they said there's nothing wrong with it. In the end I had to return my chair back to them and I got charged a fee because I didn't see the fine print hidden in their site that custom design chairs have a restocking fee. I ended up throwing away $80 into the toilet and ultimately I just bought a brand new Herman Miller chair that has not caused me any back pain. Do not buy refurb chairs, it's just not the same.
