Craigslist used to be an excellent, but they lost control of their listings
Craigslist used to be an excellent place to look for items being sold by individuals in our community. Unfortunately, now there are people who use it as a regular flea market for their personal busnesses. One can find the same item lists as many as 5 or 6 times on a single page of listings, forcing regular folks selling a few things to have their items dissapear on to later pages. Craigslist apparently does not have an effective method of policing this and flagging listings seems to have no effect. The same bulk sellers will have their listing for the same items year after year as well, so just looking at a craigslist page is annoying. I find the Facebook onle market places to be much better for both buying and selling.
