Just what we wanted

The actual signs are very nice and I am please with them. That said, I had planned to order two signs taking advantage of 50% off the second sign but the checkout process with the various promo codes was confusing and I only ended up with one sign in the cart when I checked out. When I realized this after it arrived I attempted to contact craftmysign to get the discount on a second order for the same discount, but the best they could offer was 20% off. I was frustrated, but stuck, so I ordered the second sign anyway.

It looked amazing except for a chip in the paint. Of course it was on the front so I just touched it up. Looks great now.

Was excited to get the sign for one of my clients as a gift. Recieved the sign was damaged it was bent reach out and the company did right and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner to satisfactory our needs very responsive on the matter

The quality of the sign is very good and the craftsmanship is excellent. There was a problem with delivery, however Daniel, reached out to rectify the situation. Hence the 4 star rather than 5 star rating. It was a gift and the recipient is thrilled with it.

I had a sign made as a Christmas gift for my son Gabriel who just purchased his first home . It’s a lake house an he named it “ Dixieland Delight”!! Sign came great an he has received many compliments!! Daniel was a super guy who was very on task in answering any details of this in production! Super quality sign. After the initial purchase, I was a little concerned that I had gotten scammed. I emailed Daniel and everything was cleared up! My only thoughts that may be helpful would be to stay in contact with your customers! The signs that I ordered look fantastic and they will be enjoyed for years to come on my cabin wall!
