good communication and follow up.

We love the sign that you made for us. We gave it to a friend and his fiancé for their house in Pennsylvania. Our friend retired and he absolutely loves it.

It was very easy to order and shipping was quick. The item arrived earlier than I expected it to.

Ordering from CraftMyDesign was a breeze. They followed my special instructions explicitly. When I emailed them to confirm exactly what I wanted, Daniel responded within 24 hours and assured me that what I wanted, would be sent to me. The timeline was awesome. Only 1 week from time I made the official order, until I received it. I was overwhelmed with happiness with my order. The craftsmanship and detail surpassed my expectations. Everyone, let it be known, that CraftMySign is, in fact, the real deal.
