I really enjoyed working with Matt Rhame. His team of designers gave us lots of choices and made the corrections I asked for. My ultimate goal of creating merchandise clothing and backpacks will require a simpler logo! At the moment though I'm very happy with the logo we received for Fill Prisons with Love. I didn’t give 5 stars because it took must longer than 48 hours. False advertising on company side. Jason Webb (my point of contact) was very professional, and took care of me when I was frustrated with the long wait. He explained to me the process and kept me updated on the progress. Thank you Jason I love my logo ❤️

In the beginning communication was about 48 hours for the 24hr deal package. Near the end of choosing my logo communication became 24 hrs which was nicer. Being able to get the logo from finalized to file took about 5 days for my experience. I think this should only take a few hours at most. Jason was my rep from the beginning to end and his communication was great. If he didn’t understand my email or text on the website he’d call to clarify for his team. He offered all sorts of business items like website design, business cards, extra logo design, etc. I’ll be talking with Jason for another logo design in the near future.

Amazing team! Ray was superb as well. Highly recommended.
