WHEN WE GO BACK TO CHECK WITH THEM, THEY COME UP WITH A NEW PROPOSITION AND ASK FOR MORE MONEY. THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS MODEL. THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. WE TRY TO REACH THEM TO SOLVE AND SETTLE THE ISSUE, THEY AVOID OUR CALLS AND EMAILS. in fact, they also lied to us about the tools they used to develop the website. They assured us to develop the site on Code igniter, Java, framework. WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW THEY DEVELOPED OUR SITE IN WORDPRESS AND INFORMED US AFTER WE MADE OUR FINAL PAYMENT BEFORE TAKING WEBSITE LIVE. WE COUNTED ON THEIR SKILLS. THEY DID NOT DELIVER. BAD EXPERIENCE!! IN FACT, THEY DID NOT HAND OVER THE WORK CORRECTLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES OUT THERE IN MARKET. BE CAREFUL!! BE CAREFUL!! BE CAREFUL!!

This is my first time using Craftive Logos, and I’m so happy I chose this company to create the logo for my new business. The service I received far exceeded the price I paid. I received a prompt in my email about inexpensive animated logos services. I needed to get something more pro looking than what we were coming up with ourselves so I responded. The first thing I wanted to know was, was this firm located in the U.S. They are, the LA area. I explained what I wanted and they assigned me to Emma as my personal Craftive assistant. She was my liaison to the artists and off we went. Craftive was very responsive and worked with me daily, hourly to get to the finished product. I was a bit picky and the process went on for a week or more. All along I was expecting them to get a little frustrated with me or I expected them to ask for more money. The didn't on both fronts. They just keep plugging away with my project until I was happy. The price they quoted me never changed and I am completely satisfied and feel I got more than my monies worth.
