They created my Facebook page. All was great in the beginning, but they did not give me the password or login info. This when I changed my phone, I did not have access to my business Facebook page. I called and even paid for the recovery of information, a whopping $130, just do they can give me my password and email to an account they created which I already have paid for. And after taking the money, no one got back to me with the recovery password or info. Now I've wasted the original money to create the social media account and now again for paying extra to get the access back. Total BS#

This company is a SCAM This company is a SCAM! I’ve been trying for months to get my website back live yet it’s not! They took my money removed my website yet I not contact with anyone. What kind of unethical company is this! No one returns my calls or emails. I am taking a legal step! I need my website or my money back!

They did not listen to my original design concept and the logo created looked as though a below average high-school student created it. I asked for an edit and they didn't listen to my suggestions for the edits either. I subsequently asked for a refund which was not honored as promised by their advertising a "100% money back guarantee". There is a long list of exemptions not available on the website including "you have chosen a special package, the primary design concept has been approved, you have demanded revisions, the company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project, company's policies have been violated, the craftic brief is lacking in required information, the claim has crossed the give 'request for refund' time span" among others... i.e the guarantee is nullified upon payment. I've sent a complaint to the BBB.
