The team helped us revamp a website and migrate to a new Wordpress design. They built everything and incorporated our new content to publish on schedule. They were super responsive, patient, technically competent, and excellent communicators.

Most business owners launch a website and then forget about it. I didn’t want to make that mistake, so that’s why I work with Smart Web Ninja. They built my new website and I no longer need to worry about updates, security, or random tech issues. They even help with blog updates and SEO. It’s like having your own web team on call. Highly recommend.

I had an accident and needed to stop customers from placing orders. I sent the request to Smart Web Ninja overnite and by morning the website was updated. I had no customers to contact and inform I would not be able to meet their requests.

Internal roles changed at our organization so we no longer had anyone in-house to manage and maintain our website. So we hired Smart Web Ninja and they have been really great to work with. They fully manage our website and do all the website updates for us. We submit update requests usually on at least a weekly basis and we've never had to wait "in a queue" for the updates to get done. In addition the secure our website and make sure it’s loading fast.
