Ordered their chest holster. Leather craftsmanship is excellent, but there is a nylon webbing adjustment strap that is too short and appears to be improperly stitched. First they offered to sell me an extension for $15, but I sent them a copy of their product description saying standard size fits 51 inch chest. My rig spans 40 inches max. Since then it has been email and wait. They only respond once a day, so this is drawing out for a week now. The latest request is I send them a photo of me wearing the rig. Hello? Did I mention it does not fit? Very frustrating customer service process for an otherwise very quality leather holster. Oh, and the revolver cartridge loops are too loose. Even though I sent them a video showing this, they requested I send them a photo. I guess they do not know how to pause a video and capture a screen shot?

The initial magazine holder didn’t fit correctly, and was promptly replaced.

It was stated up front it would take about a month as the holster was hand made to order. It was finished and shipped several days before the stated time. It is extremely well made and fits my S&W revolver like a glove. Even the packaging is classy. Will order another for my CZ. Well done.

I have purchased 6 holsters from Craft holsters and have been extremely happy with the quality, craftsmanship and fit for each and every weapon. After the initial suggested break in, the holster fit like a glove. The leather is top quality and finished the same. I can't imagine buying a holster from any one else. Whether there is a laser attachment/tactical light, red dot or both mounted on your weapon----These guys will make a custom holster to fit. If you can't find it on the website---email them with pictures of the weapon and mounted attachments and they will fabricate exactly what you want.

Simply had always dealt with Craft Holsters never had an issue until recently. Contacted them and they in turn immediately stood by there product by making good on it Immediately. With such awesome service how can I not Return back. Simply I can't. Its why I instantly gave them an additional three orders. Awesome folks to deal with.

I ordered an open top belt holster for a Wilson Combat SFX9 with an optic. When it arrived, I found the notch to accommodate the optic wasn't quite big enough, and the front sight channel wasn't roomy enough for my optic height front sight. These issues prevented the pistol from being fully inserted into the holster. I shouldn't have, but I tried to modify the holster myself by cutting away part of the leather where the optic was hitting, and I tried shaving the sight channel to make more room for the front sight in an effort to make the gun fit. This didn't work, so I contacted customer service. I didn't request a replacement/exchange because I tried to modify the holster myself, but I wanted to make Craftholsters aware of the issue for future customers. Without delay, I was told a replacement would be made and shipped at no charge. I just received the replacement and the fit is absolutely perfect. The attention to detail in the craftsmanship can clearly be seen. The leather is formed tight around the dimensions of the pistol, and the double stitching looks like it will last for years. The maker must have looked at the photos I sent of the original holster and tweaked the design just enough to fit the pistol correctly. I'm happy with the holster, and even more impressed with the customer service I received. I would definitely order from Craftholsters again.

This is my second Craft Holster, loved the first one. With the second, it really did not fit right (new model firearm) worked with customer support, identified the problem and it was corrected. The customer support was exceptional. They stood behind their product and made it right!

I was really unhappy with my newest holster. The customer support was very helpful and supportive so I get a very very good solution for me. Five stars without any doubt for me.
