Not a professional company
For a company to charge a premium price, I would expect premium design, craftsmanship, and customer service. I got none of the above Should a holster retention strap unbuckle by pushing the tab against your body I don't think so the tap should be where your pushing away to unsnap. And that if they made the strap long enough to fit over the back of the weapon. They keep talking about break in, the weapon seats fully in the holster to the bottom, the strap is a good inch to short, no break in going to give you an inch of material, they also keep referring to the fact that I'm I'm not using my light, well if it's short without a light how bad would it be with one on.

We’re sorry to hear that the holster did not meet your expectations, especially considering the fit and retention strap concerns you described. We understand your point that a break-in period cannot resolve every type of fit issue, and we appreciate you explaining the problem in detail. The retention strap should provide secure and practical operation with the firearm and configuration the holster was made for, so we would like to have your specific case reviewed carefully. Please contact our customer support team directly at [email protected] so they can review the holster, firearm, and light configuration in detail and help determine the most appropriate solution.
