Don't order anything from this company he is a broker you may get the right part or you may not if you get the wrong part and send it back they will charge you a 43%restocking fee and it's there fault you can't get your money back i had to dispute the transaction own my card I am getting into touch with the bbb company and report them so what every you do don't fool with this company for nothing now they won't accept my calls it's been a nightmare

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM; I ORDERED A TRUCK FRAME AND GAVE THEM THE MONEY UP FRONT FOR IT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. WAS ORDERED IN APRIL ITS NOW ALMOST OCTOBER. EVERYTIME ID CALL THERE WAS SOME SORT OF EXCUSE AS TO WHY IT WASNT HERE YET UNTIL THEY FINALLY STOPPED TAKING MY PHONE CALLS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL!!

Mr Brian wasn’t just honest with the quality of the product, he was understanding, caring and I felt compelled to make sure that I got the product at the time I needed it . He made sure the part I need for my tuck was the exact make , model and year and f the truck I had. Nowadays especially with car parts, people try to finesse the part you need with something different they have that can be substituted and used for your car. This company isn’t a “junk yard” or a “car part pawn shop”. It is a legitimate company that sells car parts both interior , exterior and also parts for (under the hood). I have used him twice and I truly feel that I’ve gotten the best quality part for the authentic make , model and year for the truck I have. S/o to Brian!

You really should give an option of zero or negative stars. I contacted this company on August 10th to order a part which I assumed was going to be a used part. I explained what part I needed and I was sent a picture of the part that this person thought that I was asking for. I responded that no, the picture that they sent was of an actuator that was working in conjunction with the part that I needed. I sent back a picture of the part that I needed and this person told me that he understood completely the part that I needed and that they had it and they would be able to fulfill it. I was quoted a price, I signed documentation for that part and I had to continuously bother this person by the name of Enzo about a tracking number. It took them a couple of days to even get the part to the shipping company and when the part arrives it turns out that it was the part that I had originally said no to and I was charged an exorbitant fee for the part. The part that I received in the mail I checked on eBay and was able to get that particular part for $200 less than what I had paid for what I thought was a used part. I immediately contacted the company again and dealt with Enzo and explained that I had been shipped the wrong part and again reiterated what I needed. Enzo told me that he now understood perfectly the part that I needed and that I needed to pay an additional $170 and that he had found the part that I needed and sent me pictures representing that this was the actual part and it was going to be shipped. After an additional week of waiting and begging for a tracking number for the new part, and not being able to talk to Enzo on the phone, I had to initiate a forced refund from my bank on those two different transactions. These people are not responsive to phone calls or text messages or messages that are entered into the contact us section of their website. They are not apparently interested in anything concerning customer service, they are not interested in if a customer is satisfied or not, and they apparently are going to do the absolute bare minimum required. I would recommend that if anybody is tempted to do business with this company I would seriously rethink that decision. To make a long story short, I have been waiting for a hard to repair my car for almost a full 3 weeks since I was told that I was being sent the part. Addendum: I was contacted this morning by Enzo. He is insisting on receiving the returned part at my expense today and that he will not send the correct part until he receives the wrong part back. He also told me that he is charging a 40% restocking fee.

I ordered light from Alex, light took 3 weeks the never mention paying duty to have the light delivered. I SENT them the VIN number to assure they send the correct part for an Led Light. After installation it the wrong light a halogen. I called to return the light Alex crooked ass stated because we installed the light there would be no refund. Question now can know if it works without installing the light. They sent the wrong.light knowing after we installed it they default to this cooked policy. They might offer a better price but its a parts scam. If i had read other reviews before ordering from them I would have paid more from a reputable supplier. I called them over 20x not 1 return call. Once I used my friends phone and he picked up playing dumb. This Alex guy is a coward with poor ethics. Beware of this company. I'm also going to report them to the BBB and dispute all charges.

I received the part in a timely matter and wanted to order other parts the sales rep gave me his personal number to call and order parts the only problem everytime I called I got this message about this call can't be completed as dialed so I tried calling the main number and I still can't get through I was completely satisfied with the part I'm what the heck is going on I want to say the reps first name is Rodney or Jacob
