I purchased 3 remineralizing toothpastes that were advertised to be completely natural without any harmful ingredients like SLS. After receiving the product, SLS was one of the main ingredients. Horrific! I immediately contacted the seller and explained how this was false advertising and how I could not use the product. All 3 toothpastes were unopened. I asked the seller for a return label so I can ship it back for a refund as I would not be able to use the product. They mocked me with an offer for a $5 refund on a 75 USD purchase. I said no. I need a refund since they lied about the product and requested the shipping label again. They offered $8 followed by a $10 refund and told me shipping it back would cost too much. They said they would refund me if I spend exorbitant amounts to ship this to Wuhan, China (from Canada). All because they lied. Don't believe their fake satisfaction guarantee or easy return policy or anything they write in their descriptions. They do not understand the meaning of accountability or customer support. Save yourself a lot of frustration and just look for what you're trying to buy on amazon or better yet a local business. One of the absolute worst sellers I've dealt with in recent years.

I have placed an ordered (Women's 2 Piece Sets Outfits Casual Long Sleeve Sweatsuits Sets Brown_S_REGULAR.) Total amount of Transaction: $92.79 CAD The size was too small for me. So I sent an email to return the item. They asked me to take a picture of it and email them. I took a picture of the item and sent it as I was told. After several email exchanges, their response was to give me 12 USD and keep the order or give it to some one as a gift. They haven't even offered to exchange with the right size.

I Brought a bike Mirror when I opened it the clamp was not in the package I sent an email explaining this got asked to take a photo of what I Recived I did and then got an email saying that's what I orderd they told me to either send it back or except $5usd I live in Nz I brought this from America not happy

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered some platinum clip-on bangs, they came silvery grey!I took pics and sent them to customer service as requested. They first offered me a $2 refund ( the product was USD 16.99). I said no, then they offered me $5. Shipping was USD 7.99. I said I'm going to TRUSTPILOT and other sites. Never heard from them again! Complete scammers!

Currency was not stated as not being local currency but Us$,only found out when I checked bank,find this is very misleading and would not use this again

I was scammed by this garbage company. They broker in garbage knockoff items that go from China to (in this case) Ireland. It takes two months to arrive and when it does it is worthless junk that barely looks like what you ordered. The worst part is, you don't even know who is charging you until it shows up on your credit card.

80 year old scammed by Cradlewaver.com My mother recently ordered a pair of boots from the above online store which I believe had been advertised through Facebook (actually it was the 2nd time of doing so - first time successfully). Anyway she saw a sale on and ordered a pair of size 7 on what looked to be a UK website for £38 delivered, when the order confirmation came through it was in USD. The boots arrived, however they were US size 7 UK size 4! We checked the website, found the returns policy and reached out to the customer service team for the return address as stated. They have not been forthcoming with the address, suggesting to give the boots to someone else and offered $4 in compensation after a few emails they offered $6 and have now stopped responding. Definitely no sign of a refund, an exchange or a person with any sense. Funnily enough their registered office is in Cambridge UK.
