Item ordered in February. Now June, no response. Should have looked them up before ordering.

Ordered 2 eyeliner, with sponge blender on the end of the eyeliner. Was to ship from IL, ended up shipping from Romania according to tracking number provided. They over charged me, contacted them about that from the start and wanted to cancel order. They refused. They refunded me the money that was over charged, Received package from CA, so that's fraudulent. It's definitely a scam and false advertising. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Zero stars if possible. I ordered 2 sleep outfits $29.99 each. As I was checking out receipt said free shipping. So I continued to complete purchase. After purchase complete they added $17.99 for shipping. Yes I have the screenshots of both. They said my order was delivered. It wasn’t. I can’t find a customer service phone number to speak with anyone. Total $80.97 for 2 items I didn’t receive. Unbelievable!!! Customer service please contact me. 🤷‍♀️

***********BEWARE********This company has very poor customer service. They would not let me return my item and when I tried they kept putting off and offering a very low $8-$12 refund on an outfit I couldn't wear. I would not recommend shopping here as you won't get any help if you need to return or replace an item.

I ordered a 14pro plus and received I think a 14 pro which was too small for my iPhone. I have tried to get it exchanged or refund but all they do is first offer $3 then $6 and finally $9us which in total cost 51us. They won’t do any more and they just try not to understand. I would not deal with this company they are dodgy

Rubbish. Cheap Chinese crap. Eyeliners x 2. 1 broken 1 doesnt wind. Both poor quality dont work and now in the bin! A waste of almost 50AUD despite being advertised as much less in value. Shipped from china.

I ordered two eyeliners on July 27th It’s now August 28th, no delivery!! I have contacted them several times and their latest response was oh yeah your package is never gonna arrive so we shipped out a new one. I have a feeling it’s a scam and if you don’t bug them, they take your money and you get no product I would never order from cradle waiver ever again. they do respond to every email I’ve sent them, but this is a little unacceptable considering the package originated in Portugal. I never would’ve ordered the product if I knew that number one number two they respond quickly, but you still don’t get your product or your money back and then they offer you a 15% discount to buy something else, who is ever gonna shop there again!!!
