This company stole my core refund for a torque converter. The owner is a thief and a coward. I have sent so many emails asking when I will receive my core deposit and the only answer I get is the account manager is out of the office or we are working on it. I have asked for a contact for accounting department and their response is I’m only the tracking person all I can do is forward your request. Stall tactics! Scam!

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CCP DIESEL
DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CCP DIESEL! I ordered a Redhead steering gear box for my Dodge in November of 2018. I returned the core the same month. After waiting several weeks to have $225 for my core credited back to my card, I started calling CCP. I was directed to the person in charge of core refunds. Day after day I was told she hasn't made it to work yet, or she's out running errands. This went on for the month of December, January, and February. I was told on more than one occasion it's in the process. This was bull. I contacted Redhead directly and was told my core was received in November and CCP had been notified via email to refund my core charge. I forwarded those emails directly to CCP and was told this was the first time they had seen them. Again, bull. After threatening to take CCP to court I received my core refund in March of 2019. So if you want to do business with a piece of crap lying company, this is the one for you. Red head is awesome, great products and customer service. CCP Diesel, avoid like herpes. Jeff

Dont buy from them!
I placed an order on Dec. 19 and I paid 3 days rush delivery. I sent them an email and they said that the part was not in stuck and some more bs. Anyways, they said the part was not going to be able until mid January. Now, is it logical or ethical to sell something you DONT HAVE and offer 3 days shipping for an extra cost?? I have been communicating with them back and forward for a month now!. On January 10th, I ask them to cancel my order and refund me. Until this day 01/25/2019, they have not refund me. According to them, the order still open and they cannot refund me. WTH is this? I had to call my back and open a charge back. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The order was for $2000. I will never, ever, ever, do business with them again. I do not recommend this company. By the way, they have 21 complaints with the BBB. You can search it online. I tried to post the link, but this website did not let me.

Terrible. Liars and thieves.
Advertises a crankshaft as fitting a 24v 5.9 Cummins Common Rail. The part they sell you is actually for a 12v Cummins.
Company wanted me to pay to ship it back, pay to restock it, then pay to have the correct crankshaft sent back to me. Ya, that would actually DOUBLE the cost of the crankshaft.
Worse still, they changed the product page after I began to complain about the advertising and then implied that I should have known that modifications were required for it to fit. Luckily, I had archived the original product page.
The worst, though, is that the modifications they want you to make to this crankshaft for it to fit the 24v 5.9 Cummins Common Rail are dangerous. According to both Cummins and Mahle, these modifications should NEVER be made by the consumer for any reason.
Check the reply for yourself, people.
They advertise something incorrectly. They tell people to modify it in ways that are dangerous and against manufacturer advice. They want to charge consumers a mountain of cash to fix their advertising mistake, and claim the consumer isn't very understanding for not wanting to pay that mountain of cash, not wanting them to dodge responsibility, or wanting to wait additional time for people not involved. .. all to fix their mistake.
Right.

Michael,
As we have explained to you, Mahle manager is out of town until Monday. You modified the crankshaft by cleaning off the protective coating and it can not be sold as new. We are trying to work with you to resolve the issue, but you are not very understanding. This is the Thanksgiving holiday week and people are out of the office spending time with their families. As explained the description was supplied by manufacturer, not by CPP. Running us in the ground over this is very ridiculous and childish when we are trying to help you (although our site clearly states that this item is not returnable)

They’ll go out of their way to screw you out of your money.
Ordered a part on Saturday that I needed ASAP. Paid for express shipping to get it Sunday. Didn’t come Sunday. They are not open on the weekend, (but yet they still kept the extra $40 for express shipping). I emailed them Sunday night to CANCEL the order. I get an email the next morning that said that I couldn’t cancel it because it had already been processed. I don’t know how it had been processed, because they were closed all weekend. They emailed me at 8:18 am on Monday morning. They said it would be a 20% cancellation fee and to let them know if I still wanted to cancel it. I emailed them back and said to CANCEL IT. They sent it anyways. When I request to return it, they said they don’t take returns on electronic parts. SCREWED OUT OF $165 + $40 shipping. And they didn’t even send what I ordered. I needed a sensor for an ‘04 Dodge and the package, (that I never opened), says it’s for ‘98-‘02. Buyers beware. They’ll go out of their way to screw you out of your money.
Edited in response to CCP Diesel reply:
You are missing the point, I told you to CANCEL the order in plenty of time for it to have not been shipped out. I would have rather been out $32 than $160. You shipped it anyways. And now you won’t take it back and refund my money. But CPP You have taught me a good lesson. I, like most people, do not read the Cancellation, Shipping and Return Policies on the websites I shop at before pushing the pay button. You have so many things you don’t take back (and the fact you aren’t open on the weekend), that it should be on posted the Home Page of your website. I will definitely be doing that from now on. Expensive lesson learned.
Judging from your ratings, it looks like I’m just another victim, so I, too, have shared my experience with the world so you may lose more business than the $160 I lost.
