If there was a "minus star...plural minus stars" thats what they would get...I ordered a part...never shipped...so I canceled the order what a joke...to date NO REFUND...and looking at others on line seems to be a pattern...I can't believe this company gets away with scamming people for their hard earned money! You can't call anyone only email...and it's excuse after pathetic excuse as to why no refund...STAY AWAY...Stay FAR FAR Away!!!!

We ordered a part from CPP Diesel back in December of 2020. As several weeks went by and we weren't getting any closer to receiving the part, we cancelled the order. To date 5/27/2021, we still have not received our refund. They do not answer the phone and they take several days to email back. When you do receive an email, you are told that the refund has been processed or that they will let accounting know. Do not order from this company.

Orderded a new motor, they took money immediately, said up to 6 weeks, that was feb. 3. Still no motor, cannot get ahold of anyone at this company, no will anyobe call ya back. They write emails saying there sending my message to mgmt. This company are scammers. Do not get involved. Total scam.

Worst company to deal with. Scam all the way. My son purchased gaskets from them in February 2021. After no show, we cancelled the order on March 6. Emailed for a refund, no refund issued. Numerous emails sent, negative results. Starting court proceedings after the demand letter. I will demand all court costs, attorneys fees, and I will place a lien on their corporate business. My attorney will also demand tax records and inventory records.
