Good people to work with. Very happy with their service.

They are most of the time, on time with the delivery of their items. But recently was informed of a back order on an object that was shown as in stock on their website. Their communication with the customer is great, and still will continue to shop through them.

Very good company. Just need more help answering the phone hold time is really long at times. Found it much easier to email and have them call me when they get a minute because I already have the part number and or info needed to order.

Wonderful job, thank you everyone over at CPP , I'll be a return customer. One thing that I wasn't too happy with was the condition of the box had two holes in the sides the size of a half dollar, other than that everything was complete no damage to the product. Thanks again!

Very good service and attention to detail. Short staffed was only noticeable problem. Lady I spoke with returned my call with information I needed as soon as it became available.

I ordered 2 simple fittings last Friday the 5th of May. I called Monday to check order status and was told that the order was shipped that day due to the late order on Friday. The representative said it would take 3-5 days to arrive. I assumed it would have been here by Wednesday or Thursday which was not the case. I called today twice and was on hold for twenty minutes and got tired of waiting. I never thought ordering two fittings would have been this hard to get. I'm not sure I would ever order anything from CPP again. So today is Monday and still no fittings or tracking number. In the last email from Jammie at CPP he said that my fittings should be here between Thursday and Monday. I have been on hold for over 25 minutes to get an update and its now past 5 o'clock which by now there closed. So after talking to Jammie at CPP he explained that there was a miscommunication between the supplier, CPP and myself. It was a relief to finally understand what happened. Jammie the owner of CPP made it right and I appreciate that. I'll be ordering from CPP in the future.
