A lot of slag left on edges are not straight no directions and they should specify that the parts are still flat and not broke and missing part witch is pretty bad since these are built to order and its a 1 to 2 week waiting period for it to ship

Worst company I've ever ordered from, I've had to call 5 or 6 times just to get my order figured out.I called to cancel a part which was causing a delay and after being told it was cancelled I received an email 2 days later informing me it was not cancelled and was stuck with 2 of the same parts after ordering one local. I've never delt with a company with as poor communication as this company, although the staff is very friendly I will never order from them again.

I place an order last week and following week send me email my package already shipped.why take that long to ship the order?

The parts I ordered were $170 and I opted to pay $113 for shipping as I need these parts by Friday. I ordered on Tuesday at 1:30. Wednesday morning they sent me an email stating "The item(s) you have ordered are being drop-shipped from the MFG. This may cause a delay in your order. We will update your order with tracking/ETA." they never advertised that this would be the situation and did not make this apparent before charging me $113. I have ordered from Genos garage and Diesel Auto Power and had a much better experience. IF I told my boss at work I'll have something done by a certain time it will be done. I get paid for results not excuses. If I give excuses I don't have a job. If I can't get something done in a time that he wants I explain to him why in advance.

Had to file a dispute to get my core charge back, for injectors. Injectors had a 1 year guarantee, they only lasted 6 months, I had 1 injector fail within 30 days and had another 3 injectors fail last month. As far as I am concerned this company needs to be put out of business. Jamie, who claims to be the owner, showed no concern over my extended wait for by core refund.

I purchased a Revmax 550 input drum from CPP. Five days later I still had not received shipping confirmation, so I called CPP. After several calls and HOURS on hold, I gave up and sent an email asking where my order was. 10 days later, I finally got an email from CPP stating that there was supposed to be a core charge on that item, and that after I send them more money, then I would only have to wait a few days for "build time" and then another 10 days for shipping. By this point I had already talked with Revmax and found out that CPP had neglected to send payment, and that the item was in stock and ready to ship. (No build time like CPP claimed). So, needless to say, CPP will never get any more business from me. And I would highly recommend to everyone I know to NEVER buy from CPP for any reason.

Have spent over 6 hours on hold for customer service and still no answer. First day was on hold from 3pm til 5pm which CPP closes at 5pm as soon as the clock hit 5pm they hung up. I've dealt with them in the past and usually the phone service was fairly fast not sure what has happened. Also tracking number service it terrible.

Wanted to put 0 stars. They lied about my shipment date. I asked to cancel the order and they stopped answering my calls. Now I am disputing through my bank. Do not use them!
